Our staff

Pinfold House Veterinary Clinic is a two-vet practice. All of our veterinary nurses are qualified and registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

Between them they have a great deal of experience and are now assisted by our Animal Nursing Assistant which allows them more time to devote to caring for your pets.

June Turner – Clinical Director

June graduated from University of Glasgow School of Veterinary Medicine in 1982. She gained a wide range of experience in small animal practice whilst working throughout Yorkshire before settling in Misterton. Alison Hepton

Alison qualified in Edinburgh in 1987 and worked in mixed practice for three years in North Wales. She moved to Rotherham to specialise in small animals and worked around Yorkshire until joining Pinfold House in February 2005. Wendy Walter

RVN Wendy joined the practice in August 1997 as a receptionist. A trainee veterinary nursing position became vacant and Wendy jumped at the chance to train as it had always been her ambition. Toni Middleton

RVN Toni qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 1987 and joined the practice as Head Nurse in 1989. Toni has a particular interest in feline nursing and in 2011 she passed the Feline Advisory Bureau Advanced Award in Feline Friendly Nursing. Sue Noscoe – Receptionist

Sue joined the practice in October 1999. She has lived in Misterton since 1982. She is married with three grown up children and four grandchildren. She enjoys walking and gardening.

Sharon Williams – Animal nursing assistant

Sharon joined the practice in February 2015. She lives in Misterton with her partner and has two grown up children. She enjoys walking her dogs and looking after her chickens and “Bumble” the quail. She likes reading (especially historical novels). She used to love gardening but now has no garden due to the chickens!

Karen Readshaw – Animal nursing assistant

Debbi Smith – Practice manager

Debbi joined the practice as a receptionist in 1992 and has been here ever since! She lives in Misterton with her husband, three sons, Neville the wire haired dachshund, Isobel the tabby cat and numerous chickens. She functions on plenty of tea and chocolate, loves her Kindle and anything crafty.
